Shirtaday: Scream If You Love Tourettes!

Although there are numerous other symptoms of tourettes, screaming is one of them. But why wouldn't SaD go the route of typical tourettes and have some kind of swearing in there. I could be 'scream if you fucking ass shit love Tourettes!' That would make this shirt funnier. Or it could even be 'twitch if you love Tourettes.'
