Haha - I have no clue either. The associate art director who contacted me for the file seems to be named Barbara, though. :)
Barb is the mother of George and Jeb, who are referenced in the copy below that title as the two gods who are fighting.
In addition to what Scott Lydon points out, Zeus and Poseidon were brothers (children of Cronus and Rhea). This is an illustration of Zeus and Poseidon, apparently being used as some sort of metaphor for George and Jeb.
