To clarify, only those three systems? For example, if I found a shirt that wasn't bones, muscle or veins (say I found a shirt of the appendix!) what about that?

You're right Coren, the digestive and respiratory systems should also be in play. I've added it to the above requirements so that appendix shirt would be fine.
That means we're not allowing shirts that solely demonstrate the lymphatic, nervous and respiratory systems.
